Simon Borg-Olivier, MSc BAppSc (Physiotherapy) APAM c-IAYT, has been practicing traditional forms of posture, movement, breathing, and mental control for over 50 years. He has been teaching for more than 40 years and has been a registered physiotherapist for over 20 years.

We talk about Simon’s story of learning to hold his breath at the age of 6, how he came to study so many different movement and energy practices, his upbringing, and how he looks at practice and life. We also talk about different aspects of mastering one’s breath.
